A BUSINESS chief has welcomed news that take-up for office parks has reached a five-year high.
Jonathan Walsh, managing director of Birchwood Park, has noticed the same trend at his Chadwick House base.
“Connections to other businesses, networking opportunities and the opportunity to maintain a work life balance has helped to attract new businesses to Birchwood Park,” he said.
